On 13th February 2026, just before the beginning of the fasting month of Ramadhan, BSN Level 1 students proudly hosted their Banchetto as part of the Nutrition and Diet Therapy course. The event featured a delightful variety of healthy and nutritious dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, reflecting students’ understanding of balanced nutrition and dietary principles through practical application.
The afternoon was filled with cultural appreciation, creativity, and meaningful learning as students presented their dishes while sharing insights on nutritional value and healthy eating practices. The event highlighted the importance of nutrition in healthcare and reinforced the vital role future nurses play in promoting wellness through proper diet and lifestyle choices.
A special highlight of the event was the announcement of the Overall Best presentations. Brunei was awarded first place, followed by Thailand in second place, and Egypt in third place, recognising their outstanding effort, creativity, and excellence in presenting balanced and nutritious dishes. JCHS extends its sincere appreciation to all lecturers, staff, and FSC students who attended and supported this enriching and memorable occasion.
