Qualification and Educational Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
- Candidates who have equivalent qualifications through education and/or experience may be considered for assignment to this position.
Preferred Skills:-
- A minimum of 1 years of working experience in an office environment
- Adept at negotiation, interpersonal communication and should be socially and culturally adept.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to prospective students, families, or stakeholders during open days, school tours, or marketing events.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manners.
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new platforms.
- Experience with social media and digital communications.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks calmly and under pressure.
Roles And Responsibilities:-
Admissions & Student Recruitment
- Handle enquiries from prospective students, parents, and student recruitment agents in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding programmes, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa requirements, and student life.
- Assisting in applications and ensure all admissions documents are complete and compliant with institutional requirements.
- Coordinate admissions interviews, assessments, offer letters, and student onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update applicant records and admissions databases accurately.
- Follow up with prospective students to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
- Assist international students with pre-arrival and enrolment procedures where applicable.
Marketing & Business Development
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and recruitment strategies targeting the International Market.
- Coordinate participation in education fairs, school visits, webinars, virtual recruitment sessions, and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational agents, schools, colleges, and strategic partners internationally.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and promotional campaigns tailored for international market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student recruitment opportunities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and lead generation activities for international student recruitment.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, agents, and institutional partners.
- Collaborate with academic departments and student services to ensure smooth admissions and enrolment processes.
- Represent the institution professionally during recruitment activities and external engagements.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Prepare regular admissions and recruitment reports.
- Track recruitment targets, conversion rates, and market performance indicators.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with JCHS policies and procedures.
- Any other assignments will be assigned from time to time.
