Rachelle Garcia, DNM, RN, RM is an Associate Dean in the Institute of Health Sciences at Far Eastern University Manila before she became the first Dean of JPMC-College of Health Science in Brunei. She earned her Doctor in Nursing Management in Trinity University of Asia. She got more than 18 years of clinical teaching experience at Far Eastern University where she seals her work with excellence and received a back-to-back Ten Outstanding Faculty of the Year award. Before joining the academic realm, she has more than seven years of clinical experience at Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines as a Delivery Room/Operating Room charge nurse.
Dr. Garcia is also a researcher, she has presented and published her research papers both locally and internationally. Currently she has two ongoing research projects, one is university funded research and other one is collaborative research funded by the Australian government. She is a transformative leader who is active in various civic and professional organizations. At present, she is one of the Board of Directors in Philippine Nurses Association-Bulacan Chapter.

Julie Cardona Danofrata is a registered nurse and has been practicing her profession for more than two decades, both in the clinical area and in nursing education. Before joining the nursing academy, she honed her skills in special areas like Operating room, Delivery room and Emergency Room. Meanwhile in nursing education, equipped with top notch clinical expertise, she handles Professional nursing courses in all levels. Furthermore, She also assumed different administrative positions from VINES Laboratory coordinator to Program Head.
Ms. Danofrata is a lifetime member of various notable nursing organizations, both local and international including the Sigma Theta Tau International. As an active member, she is adept at coordinating and facilitating nursing conventions and seminars.
Currently she is taking up Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education and working on her paper for publication.

A nurse-educator by profession, Dr. Santos is a graduate of Far Eastern University – Institute of Education with a degree in Doctor of Education. Graduated with Highest Distinction, he taught Nursing subjects on the same university for the past 17 years where he was awarded “Tamaraw Teacher Award” – Teaching Excellence recognition for 4 consecutive terms. He is a Canvas Champion – Bronze Awardee for the year 2021 at FEU. He also earned his Master of Arts in Nursing at Manila Central University. His area of interest include: Nursing Leadership and Management, Community Health Nursing, Disaster Nursing and Special Education. Before joining JCHS, he is a former Scholarship Coordinator and Department Chair of Nursing Graduate Studies at FEU Manila.

Dr. Frida A. Quizzagan has been a regular faculty member of Far Eastern University – Institute of Nursing for almost 20 years. She earned her Doctor of Education from the National University. She was a recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award at Far Eastern University from 2005-2012. Her specialization in the field of Nursing includes Medical-Surgical Nursing, Geriatric Nursing, Neurologic Nursing, and Community Nursing.
She was born a leader! Since she was young, she has led the class. Even in her career, she held particular positions like Assistant Program Head and became the Chairman of the Curriculum and Faculty Development Committee. She’s been part of and dedicated her profession to helping the Institute progress through local and international accreditation.She is not only committed and dedicated to her profession but as well as being the mother of two.
Dr. Quizzagan is such a happy person that radiates to everyone especially to her students and patients.For her, life should always be in a positive outlook. No matter how hard it is. She keeps her strong faith and believes the saying, “ Put God above everything”.

Marie Juneau Gonzales Mallari is a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Chemistry for Teachers at Philippine Normal University. Before she joined the JPMC – College of Health Sciences, she taught General, Organic, Analytical Chemistry, and Biochemistry for 4 years at Far Eastern University. With her teaching and leadership expertise, she was able to become the cluster head of different Chemistry subjects in the Department of Medical Technology at FEU.
She earned her Master of Science in Biochemistry at the University of the Philippines Manila. She then became inclined with research when she started her study about natural products entitled, “Inhibitory effects of Piper umbellatum Linn. leaf extracts on α-amylase and α-glucosidase activities”. Currently, she is preparing for the publication of her study and widening her horizons in the field of academia and research.

Mr. Eugeene Emmanuel C. Benicta is a graduate of BS Hospitality Management at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba and MS Hotel and Restaurant Management and currently taking Doctor in Hospitality Management at the Philippine Women’s University, Manila.
He was the Coordinator of the Admissions and Financial Assistance office of both FEU Manila and Cavite campuses and formerly theAssociate Chair of the Far Eastern University – Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management’s Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management and has been with the university since 2014 as a faculty member.
Eugeene used to be one of the faculty members of Laguna State Polytechnic University and Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba. He has related working experience at Seattle’s Best Coffee, Resorts World Manila and Arts Research and Training Institute in Southern Tagalog Inc. (ARTIST Inc.). His research interests include Sustainability, Events and Risk Management, Food Safety and Sanitation, Tourism and Hospitality Marketing and Ergonomics and Facilities Design.
