JCHS Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

On 20th October 2025, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the JPMC College of Health Sciences (JCHS) community came together in a vibrant display of unity and compassion as students and staff proudly wore pink. The sea of pink around the campus symbolized not only solidarity with those affected by breast cancer but also a shared commitment to spreading hope, awareness, and understanding.

The initiative served as a reminder of the importance of early detection, education, and emotional support for those battling the disease. Beyond just wearing pink, students and staff took time to engage in meaningful conversations about the impact of breast cancer and how collective action can make a difference.

Through small acts of kindness, shared stories, and visible support, the JCHS family continues to champion awareness and empower one another to advocate for health and wellness, reflecting the college’s ongoing dedication to care, compassion, and community.
