On 22nd September 2025, the Peer Counseling Committee of JPMC College of Health Sciences hosted “Refresh & Recharge: Student Wellness Day,” an engaging and uplifting event dedicated to promoting student well-being and self-care.
The afternoon was filled with meaningful activities, including stress management strategies, creative expression sessions, and peer bonding exercises, all designed to help students unwind, reconnect, and prioritize their mental health. The event served as a gentle reminder of the importance of balance, caring for one’s own well-being while preparing to care for others.
Through this initiative, students were encouraged to nurture both their mind and heart, strengthening resilience and empathy, essential qualities in their journey to becoming compassionate and well-rounded healthcare professionals.
