On 14th October 2025, JPMC College of Health Sciences (JCHS) was honoured to welcome Dr. Rolando Enrique Domingo, Coordinator for Noncommunicable Diseases Management from the World Health Organization (WHO), to the college.

Dr. Domingo’s visit provided an invaluable opportunity for meaningful discussions on global health issues, particularly the prevention and management of noncommunicable diseases. His insights shed light on the importance of collaborative efforts between health institutions, educators, and future healthcare professionals in addressing the growing challenges of global health.

During the session, students were deeply inspired by Dr. Domingo’s experience and expertise, motivating them to continue striving toward excellence in healthcare and to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of public health in Brunei and beyond.
