World Suicide Prevention Day: A Reminder to Choose Hope

On 10th September 2025, today, on World Suicide Prevention Day, we come together to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and remind one another that no one should face life’s challenges alone.

In support of the occasion, JCHS staff and students wore yellow, the official color of hope and positivity, to show solidarity and compassion for those struggling in silence.

A simple conversation, a listening ear, or a kind word can make all the difference. This day serves as a heartfelt reminder that empathy and connection have the power to save lives.

Let’s continue to choose hope, reach out with compassion, and support one another because every life matters, and every act of kindness counts.
