On 1st April 2026, JCHS second batch of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Year 1 students attended an orientation at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital in preparation for their clinical placement this semester.
The session introduced students to the hospital’s structure, environment, and clinical practices, providing valuable insights into workflows and expectations within a real healthcare setting. It also helped students familiarise themselves with professional standards and patient care procedures they will encounter during their placements.
This orientation marks an important milestone in their academic journey as they transition from classroom-based learning to hands-on clinical experience, taking a significant step towards becoming competent and confident nursing professionals.
